SERVICES

In addition to having equipped kitchens for self catering, we are very close to restaurants, take aways, pastry shops/ice cream shops and supermarkets.

We are also near post offices, banks, everything you need, as well as pharmacies and hospitals.

WELCOME AND CHECK-IN

Check in is after 4pm. I will be there personally when you arrive to answer all your questions.This can be agreed beforehand.

If you can, let me know your estimated time of arrival before. Key safes on the property provide more flexibility since guests can choose their arrival time outside normal check in time.

The location of the key safe and all instructions will be sent before the arrive.

INFORMATION

I can provide any information you need by email, or when you arrive.

When you book, we send all guests a complete illustrative booklet in PDF with useful information about getting the most from your stay.

We hope our suggestions will help our guests have a wonderful stay and that they will encourage other visitors to discover this part of Italy.

The prices and the conditions shown are valid for all our apartments and are all inclusive and cover the entire house, per night, NOT per person.


Prices include the all the following services, utilities and taxes, with no hidden fees or costs:

  • Electricity, Water and Methane gas (with safety systems)
  • Sheets and towels
  • Laundry change
  • Unlimited free Wi-Fi
  • TV with 1,900 international satellite channels
  • Air conditioning and heating, both controlled by you from inside the apartment
  • Weekly and final cleaning
  • Free parking
  • A safe for valuables
  • The barbecue (wood and gas) is free for guests to use
  • Rubbish tax, tourist tax and any other taxes

BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Guests have two options when it comes to booking :

  • Shorter stays can be booked on vrbo or fewo
  • Longer stays: can be arranged directly with the owner. In this case there are no extra booking fees or commissions.

You can contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

We can arrange a videocall, so you can see our location and surroundings, have a tour of the apartments and a clear view of the exterior and interior.

What’s more, we can arrange the following before you decide to book:

  • A videocall via WhatsApp
  • we can schedule a call with a native German or English speaker to answer any questions you might have
    • a viewing in person (by you or someone sent on your behalf)

At your request, we can send copies of the following in English:

  • Booking conditions
  • Payment conditions
  • A copy of the lease contract for temporary purposes
  • All information and details clearly laid out
